Welcome to Streetnoyz Custom. By accessing our website, requesting a quote, or utilizing our mobile electronics installation, custom fabrication, and automotive services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please review them carefully.

 

1. Services & Quotations

• All service estimates, build plans, and quotes provided via this website or in-person are valid for thirty (30) days from the date issued, unless otherwise stated in writing.

• Final pricing is subject to change based on hidden vehicle conditions, pre-existing wiring issues, or modifications requested by the client after work has commenced. No additional major expenses will be incurred without your direct verbal or written authorization.

 

2. Vehicle Storage and Left Property

• Streetnoyz Custom provides a secure environment for your vehicle during service. However, we are not responsible for loss or damage to vehicles or personal articles left in vehicles due to fire, theft, accident, or force majeure beyond our control.

• Clients must remove all personal valuables from the vehicle prior to dropping it off for installation or fabrication.

• Completed vehicles must be picked up within three (3) business days of notification of completion. Vehicles left beyond this window may be subject to a daily storage fee.

 

3. Client-Supplied Equipment

• While we prefer to supply premium, authorized hardware and electronics to guarantee compatibility and performance, we may agree to install client-supplied components on a case-by-case basis.

• Streetnoyz Custom offers absolutely no warranty on client-supplied gear. Any labor required to troubleshoot, remove, or replace defective client-supplied equipment will be billed at our standard hourly shop rate.

 

4. Mobile Text Messaging (SMS) Terms

By opting in to receive text messages from Streetnoyz Custom through our web forms or direct sign-up, you agree to the following:

• Purpose: Messages will be sent to provide vehicle status updates, project photos, scheduling reminders, and direct replies to your inquiries.

• Frequency & Rates: Message frequency varies based on your active projects. Standard message and data rates applied by your mobile carrier may apply.

• Opt-Out & Help: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to our number. After texting STOP, you will receive one final message confirming your opt-out. To request more information or assistance, text HELP.

• Privacy: Your SMS consent and mobile phone number are completely confidential. We do not share, sell, or lease your text messaging data to any third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

 

5. Intellectual Property & Media Release

• Streetnoyz Custom reserves the right to take photographs and video of vehicles before, during, and after service for quality control, documentation, and promotional or social media use.

• If you prefer that your vehicle's license plate or specific custom details remain private and hidden from public media, please inform us in writing prior to the start of your build.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Streetnoyz Custom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of vehicle use, time, or commercial inconvenience.

 

7. Governing Law

• These Terms and any disputes arising out of your use of our services or website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

 

8. Modifications to Terms

• We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our website or services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
